The pandemic has made video sessions much more acceptable. It can make the logistics easier for locals and also has the benefit of giving consumers access to distant therapists who have the expertise that they need. I do a mix of in-person and video sessions.

Psychologists are licensed by individual states which used to mean that they were not allowed to do video sessions across state lines. Fortunately, a cooperative agreement between a growing number of states now allows this. If you live outside of Pennsylvania, please check to see if your state participates.
